to be sure when you pick them after about 5 mins the stem and cap should have blue spots

I sure hope you don't pick your own mushrooms in the wild. They are not even close to Psilocybe cyanescens.

im pretty sure cyans blue , expecially after they are picked. i have my spot where i pick them and there steams are completley blue and the caps look like there oozing blue, and have carmel colored, wavy caps. i've already fried on that patch twice this year.
