if they are large or fleshy, slice them. spread them apart. if they are small, just spread them apart.
keep them in the open.
as alan said, blow air over them to speed the drying.
keep them out of confined conditions, and still/dead air. if they have enough moisture, they will raise the humidity of a small enclosed area enough to keep them from drying quickly or completely.
Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

Lay them out single file on a towel or newsprint. Then, get a box fan (or as big of a fan as you need) and turn it on allowing the airflow to pass by the mushrooms. Leave the fan there for about 24-36 hours, depending on the mushroom. Then, once as dry as possible with the fan, move them into some sort of desiccant chamber.
I have an old microphone case, and I spread about a 1 inch layer of desiccant at the bottom of it, then cover the desiccant with a thin foam layer, and toss the mushrooms on top of that. Then seal up the case and in another 24 hours they're bone dry.
