My head feels like it's gonna explode.

Time to hit the shower, down a protein shake, then smoke my troubles away :ganja:

if your head feels like it's gonna explode you're either out of shape or pushing too hard. 

Today i was too tired to get any decent lifting in :frown:.  Only did 230lb incline press instead of my usual 250

Maybe pushed it a little too hard today.  I've been sick the last week and haven't been getting any exercise at all.

Plus I take N.O. Xplode before I work out, and sometimes that makes a little light headed.

Come to think of it, I haven't eaten much today either.
