Should I toss

I have some brf cakes that I inoculated 15 days ago .only a few jars are showing anything and those few are very small about the size of a dime should I toss these and start over or let the go and see how they do

15 days is a long time for a dime sized spot but if its showing life then let it ride ... id go a few more days on the ones not showing then give them the sniff test ... if that prooves inconclusive then maybe your water content was off or spores not viable for those jars .. then you may want to start over

If you have more jars let the ones keep going and inoculate a new batch to compare to. what kind of place do you keep you jars is it warm enough, how much did you inoculate? If you have growth you have something going on better than nothing. Good luck.
