First flush of GTs coming up, what do you guys think about them so far? How much longer on some of the bigger ones til I should pick. And as you can see, a couple of the caps are somewhat oily and have a little white on them. Any help appreciated.

if you want the shroom to eat, you pick them right when the the caps are starting to bust open underneath.
if you want them for weight then wait a littler after this happens, the caps will start to even out flat then upside down instead of the way they are now, but they will weigh alot more.

One thing I forgot to mention is there really is no bruising on these ever even after I've picked a couple and handled them for a day or two. The stalks seem hollow aalso. Bad thing or eat?

For safety reasons, you should dry those and send them to me so I can run some "tests" for you...
Of course, you'll owe me brudda.

How much FAE are they getting. It looks as if they could use a little more but I could be wrong.

If you grew them from reliable spores they should be fine to eat.

spores came from lilshopofspores. I dont know how reliable or whatever but its my first grow. Most of the stalks have white fuzz growing up sometimes halfway up the stalk. Do you guys recommend scraping that off or eating (fresh state). Also the white spots on the caps in the pics should be fine right? Like i said no blue bruising at all and the caps are slightly oily.

yup. fuzzy myc. dont scrape it off just let it be.
hollow stems are pretty normal. i heard that b+ often shows that trait.
just because they are not showing a bluing reaction doesnt mean they will be weak. have you tried crushing a stem to see what happens?
white or tan spots on the caps is normal. my girlfriend thinks those are the cutest.
