from what ive gathered from my trolling days, he is a well respected member of the community with a great deal of knowledge on hallucinogens(mainly lsd) and describes his awesome adventures in great detail to much of the delight of the people on here. mainly his super duper thread to end all threads on thumb printing brought him most notoriety.
i enjoyed reading his stuff but he's not with the shroomery anymore for reasons i do not know.

chinacat was a great member who has inspired me and many other people here I'm sure. he had many meaningful knowledgeable posts, I always loved reading them. I'm re reading the thumbprint thread, it was a great one, thank for the link and reminder it's there.

ChinaCat's the man, he knows more about LSD than anyone else on this forum. He was part of a family during the sixties. His job was to lay the acid. He also toured with the Grateful Deads.
Have a look at his thread about the families and the thumbprint, it's an amazing read.
Now he lives in Oregon with his wife and kids and is totally out of the LSD circuit so he can talk freely about all his experiences.
He deserves to be shown respect.
