ID Request: PNW, Cyanescens?
    #11365932 - 11/02/09 12:03 AM (8 years, 9 months ago)

Very excited about this, this is my second hunt and I think I found some cyans. Please let me know if better pictures are needed. Thanks.

Habitat:
Found these growing near piles of coniferous tree branch piles

Gills:
Dark brown, distant gills, attached

Stem:
White 1"-3" thick stalk, 1/8" in diameter. Dark bruising

Cap:
Somewhat knobbed cap. Dark brown carmel color in the center and very light tan yellowish on the edges. Wavy edges.

Spore print color:
Dark purple, almost black.

Bruising:
Not sure its a dark color maybe a navy blue or purple but very dark.
