Welcome!
Yoga is very interesting. I'm into the breathing/meditative aspect, but I don't really know if I do the asanas properly when I'm doing them so I don't really do that type of yoga. I'd like to go to a studio some day, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

me too! any recommendations? the forums seem vast....a lot bigger than any other messageboard i've been a part of.
yeah, life is really busy and abundant with wonderful people and amazing experiences lately. 2009 has been amazing...between teaching yoga, hula hooping, filming, and festivals...oh my!!! : )

that's awesome! meditating and breath exercises are just as important as the asanas, keep it up! i've been trying to get back into meditating, it has such a profound affect on me when i practice it regularly, but for some reason it's sooo hard for me.

Wow that sounds really exciting. I hope my life can become like that soon. Hoola hooping sounds like a really fun hobby. Have you ever considered getting into poi?
My favorite parts of the message board are the pub, psychedelic experience and physical and mental well being. There is also a philosophy and politics board but they tend to be very argumentative so it depends if your interested in that kind of thing.
