It looks like and your description, rubbery, makes me think it may be a Flammulina.
Deadly galerinas look similar, but have a rust colored spore print, Flammulina has a white spore print.

I saw the dark stems and considered Flammulina, but discarded the idea 'cause the mushrooms didn't look like they came from a cluster...but then again I've found them not growing in clusters before...anyhow, I agree with you.
