They don't look like Galarinas to me.
Since I have a clearly visible lack of knowledge concerning Gyms, I wouldn't want to ID them, but they look pretty close. Better wait for someone who's more in touch with the genus

Those are kinda ify, They look like some of the young Gym Lutes I find but they look like they were damaged by the frost.
Did you print them? If so the Shroomanizer might do some microscopy for you. He knows Gyms inside and out. PM him

They smell of button mushrooms/creminis. They taste funky. Kind of tingles my tongue with flavor. Do you even think there Gymnopilus?

To much doubt. You know what to do. I had some that I thought were Gyms but Microscopy denied that, turned out to be Hypholoma fasciculare

Im glad i saw your thread slug!!- i do not think those are gyms!
They don't have a visible HIGH annular zone and your caps don't seem thick n fat
what you have reminds me of many Hyphalomas i find around here
sulfur tuft is my main concern for you - as the two "can" look really close
Gyms grow clustered but differently than hypolomas - a taste test or sporeprint should help tell em apart - ive never eaten sulfur tufts ( id assume they taste like sulfur or farts?) but gym luteus will taste like a spicy true definition of the word "bitter" gyms are SUPER BITTER - id say spicy
Get more pic on here - specially of the habitat and of them preferably not cut off yet I wouldn't try them till we can be 100% sure bro
I truly find lots of close lookalikes to gyms - but it s like once you find bruising gyms you'll never doubt yourself again
Try gettn yours to bruise greenish blue
TimeEd's pic above shows great how gyms doo bruise when cut "rough" if you make clean cuts its hard to show bruising atall - i find a bumpy car ride home gets blue bruising on caps the best!!
Keep us informed bro - please post u p more pics n info Cool Finds
