yeah hes been working on it for about 10 years now. the budget is something insane like $300+ million. supposed to be a revolution in film making.

im trying to see as little as possible before it comes out. want to see it fresh.

Yeah, in a way I don't recommend watching the preview. They show way too much :frown:

Don't want to watch the trailer although I just looked into it a bit, and I must say I'm thoroughly exited. Haven't gone to the movies in a while, and this will probably be the movie to go see.

I saw it at an a movie theatre with a huge screen. I can't imagine it in 3D, I was nauseous in regular "2D".

The movie was very unsatisfying for me. Watched it on 3D, yeah, the visuals are great, but the plot is so poor that it doesn't balance it.
It was a very, very, very, big disappointment for me... Maybe the majority of people who hype it, don't watch alot of movies or read books.

its not that the story was bad, its just cliche and unoriginal.

I have to also say that it wasn't as well written as I was expecting.  I saw it on imax digital 3-D and it was an amazing experience visually.  I just thought the message was laid on a little too thick and it had a few "cheesey" moments in it.  Overall it's definitely worth giving a watch in imax 3-d.
