Hrmm.

I guess one could say, then, that the Khmer Rouge were some pretty badass environmentalists that indirectly created the largest intact section of rain forest in Southeast Asia.

Yet another byproduct of the drug war. These problems could be developed into sustainable practices that would benefit local economies if authorities weren't so afraid of its citizens accessing their heart chakra.

While discussing how harvesting safrole for ecstasy production is harming the environment, the channel goes to a commercial break trying to sell me a fucking car, which is of course GREAT for the environment.

its crazy at the end how they just burn everything in the camp and all of the oil. thats gotta be bad as shit for the environment.

Yea, it seems the white guy leading them is representing a larger purpose, and that is keeping both the demand and prices high.

Yep. Every liter they burn is just going to be found somewhere else.

The incredibly sad part is people are doing this for $2.50 a day. If the economies improved and countries had a lot more to offer to their people, mules wouldn't have to resort to this style of life.

As far as I know, there aren't "Untouchables" in Vietnam or Cambodia.

I honestly dont see who would willingly haul one of those insanely huge cauldrons days on end through the fucking thick forest. makes me wonder if they got people to do it at gunpoint
