Contam? Myc Pee? Only at bottom of jars !?! - WBS (Pics included)

Here are 4 WBS jars that seem to have this weird blackey dark yellow residue at the bottom only. No substrate above the bottom of the jar has this problem through it! (Perfectly white!)

does not look like any metabolites I've ever seen.

did you rinse your WBS before/after cooking?

Yep i rinsed before and after PC'ing but never 'simmered' the WBS.

you rinsed after PC'ing?

does it appear to be fluid or stationary?

if it is fluid then maybe it is burnt oil from something in the WBS(sunflower seed?)

oops no didnt rinse after PC'ing sorry didnt know what i was thinking lol.

I soaked WBS for 16 hours, then strained it with the tap running over it then pressure cooked for 90mins at 15psi and inoculated.

There were a few sunflower seeds but maybe 3% of total substrate.

if it doesn't get worse or spread, I wouldn't think too much of it. you could try draining it out of the jars, and once your ready to go forward with them dab them with a paper towel/cotton ball to remove the excess.

that first jar looks suspect to me
the rest look fine
the really dark spot is what worries me
it kinda looks like burnt grains
