in a  pasture on cow crap

Gills:
dark brown, not attatched

Stem:
white

Cap:
dark brown around edge, but tan in the center

Spore print color:
dark brown

Bruising:
none

Hard to say with the pics. Looks like a Panaeolus species.

Better pictures are needed. 

Use a digital camera, enable macro mode.

Also check the spore print color.

Panaeolus cinctulus doesn't usually grow on cow crap, but I guess it can.
