Opened contamed jar...

So I have 6 pf tek jars and one of them has bluish-greenish looking stuff in it, I thought it was bruise and I opened it, after I took it out, I can see some powdery spore like thing coming out of it, then I immediately dump it in the trash can and spray down the whole place with lysol where I handled the contamed jar, so do I have anything else to worry about?
Did lysol killed it? Will I get sick from the mold like spore if it is still present in the air or something?

You just dumped a billion spores all over the place :-D

Of course, it's not any worse then finding moldy bread, or a 3 month old moldy pot of spaghetti in the fridge.  You should routinely disinfect your work areas anyway.

You'll be fine, but try not to make a habit of doing that, repeated exposures to high concentrations can lead to allergies etc.

Black contam can kill you.

If opening a trich jar just spray the area, wash/sterilize yourself and your clothing, and dispose of contents immediately. Jars aren't too expensive though, and I've always hated opening jars... even with a jar opener I've pulled multiple tendons in my wrist.

Constant use and exposure to any bacteria can harm your body. Doing it a few times won't.

Damn it, I just realized that I touched the contamed part of the cake with my finger with an open wound, and I think the spore got some into my open wound, would I get sick or will my immune system just ward it off?
Or the mold spore targets the respiratory system only?
I do feel an itchy throat or an itchy feeling down my airway.
Is there any OTC medicine that I can get for anti-mold/fungus respiratory illness?

damn, that was last night...
I just hope I don't get cancer or die, if it's just some minor cough that will cure in a couple days, I'll be cool about it.
