The day the music died - Part 2
    #11348032 - 10/29/09 10:24 PM (8 years, 9 months ago)

Well last night I made a post about how I cannot listen to music in my new place. The issue is the bass on my sound system... I cannot, for the life of me figure out how to COMPLETELY turn off the bass. I turned it all the way down on the remote control... I turned it all the way down on the music player... I turned it all the way day on the computer settings... and there is STILL bass. I have it so low that I cannot hear the music, but somehow I can still hear the bass. IS there something I am missing?!?!?!!? IS there another program I need to download so I can turn off the bass?  Please help me.

Kill the complaining neighbor, turn the bass all the way up.

I have a similar issue with my sounds system, althought I can turn the bass completely off.  Even on the lowest bass sitting it still puts out pretty good amount of bass that my neighbors can hear.  I love my system though.

Get some headphones, they are 10x cheaper than a good sound system quality-wise.

I have no choice but to get a pair of headphones... but I love my soundsystem! It sounded amazing at my old place and actually sounds better where I'm living now!!! It's heavenly :levitate:

DAMN you old people and your selective hearing!

So what kinda headphones should I get? I want a nice pair for about $150. I don't mind big ones either. and should I go for wireless?

Beyerdynamic DT 770 (80 Ohm)

An amp helps also, definitely makes them sound better and clearer. These headphones bring an entire new dimension to my music. I use them for making music and you can hear every difference when doing compression, eq'ing, etc.
