Habitat:
Dallas Oregon, on the grass of a golf course.

Gills:
white, pores(kinds looks like a sponge), outter layer of gills is white inner layer is yellowish

Stem:
2-4 cm long, 15-25mm diameter, white, smooth wet texture, solid, thick.

Cap:
2-5.5cm diameter, carmerl/brownish, wet/sticky, conical, concave, etc.

Spore print color:
not yet still wet

Bruising:
none that i can see

Other information:
smells grassy. when i first saw them they looked like the mushrooms you jump on in super mario hence my title. grew in varying sized patches.

I would think a mario mushroom to be amanita muscaria lol. Like toadstool. I dont know what those slimy guys are but they're pretty cool.

Not A. Muscaria, but def looks like the little toads you squash.

No decent responses eh,  Those to me look like Suillius of some sort.  Close relatives to Boletus, 'edible' but only after removing the slimy layer off the cap.  the slipperyness will give you a nasty visit to the toilet if Im not mistaken.  Definately not aminitas, DEFINATELY not active.  BTW Pictures of mushrooms in natural habitat untouched and maybe an underside shot for gills, will ALWAYS result in better comments and aide to you in the forum.

it's a Suillus but can't tell which one from your picture.
