yeah dude. internet is perhaps too cool. my netbook got fucked up the other day and wouldn't post to BIOS. i literally had to go for an hour long walk and smoke several cigarettes to abate the frustration filling my head.
it's moments like those that i realize my fondness for the internet is more akin to dependency. especially being in a foreign land where i cannot read the books or watch the television. i fear the internet has made me less capable of entertaining myself.

chrome is pretty fucking badass. after i got my netbook fixed, i was able to dual boot xp and linux (previously i just had linux). so now that i have xp, i'm using chrome. chrome alone has me not wanting to use the linux partition. it's WAYYYY faster than firefox for me. like 4X faster.
