Molly, then Lucy, or....Lucy, then Molly?

I'm already set on candy flipping for Halloween. I'm just interested in hearing other peoples opinions on the order in which they've taken these two drugs, and what their experiences were like.

The only time I've ever candy flipped was on the 4th of july for Rothbury. Honestly the night is a haze for me, but i believe I popped a roll and a dose at about the same time, and then took some molly about 2 hours later. I don't remember having very many visuals, but I felt very euphoric, and in general just on top of the world.

This time I'm thinking about starting off with the Molly, and then taking the Lucy about 2-3 hours into the roll. I honestly prefer rolling to tripping, and I think the roll will put me in a very relaxed/open mind set for the trip.

Also...I'll be at a concert....RJD2 will play first, and then Bassnectar.

I find that nothing beats a roll and at the end of my roll, I want it to be the end of my night. With acid it'll last longer than your roll so i'd take it before well before your roll so they both end together, you just dont want to be burned out from the roll and still tripping.

RJD2 and Bassnectar are playing at the Fillmore in Denver on Halloween.

I hear what you guys are saying about the trip.....I was also thinking that tripping balls during RJD2 might be nuts.

I'd just be worried that the "tripping" state of mind might override the Molly, such that I might not really feel the roll that much.

not at all, if you take the molly first, you'll be coming down and not have as great of an LSD mindset, it'll be sooo much better if you drop the molly later :smile:

Yup the other night at the STS9 show I took 2 hits of liquid maybe 2 hours before the Molly and it was perfect, both came down around the same time that way and I was in complete ecstasy.

That would be way too long of an experience for me, like 6 hours of rolling and then maybe 10 hours of tripping, nah I'd rather combine the two and be down by t+10 hours. If I didn't mind not sleeping I would try your way out but even a long Lucy experience pushes the time boundry with me, I like to get my sleep.

you do not want to be rolling when you take the acid, your synapses will be flooded with seratonin and wont give the acid room to work properly, and will only do so when the molly starts to wear off.

best way ive found is drop your cid, maybe with a tiiiny bit of molly to put you in a good mood, then wait until the peak is starting to wear off before you start dropping good hits of molly. will keep you on an incredible level for the whole rest of the trip and after its worn off.

my experiences contradict your statement bigtime.
i could never stand taking the molly after the acid.. it always ended up making me feel emotionally empty.

i would suggest taking the acid early.  take it right before RJD2 goes on.  then after his set, take the molly while bassnectar is setting up.  i like to time my drugs so they start when the music starts.  i also like the molly to kick in just as the peak of the acid is nearing the end.  that way the acid is still in effect, but you get to start a new sensation to keep you going instead of thinking about the slow comedown of the acid...

RJD2 would be sick on acid, i'd like the peak to be a majority of the set.  but also, think about the molly kickin in right when Lorin comes out and everyone's energy is through the roof!  waves of euphoria all set, with the effects of the acid still keeping your mind entertained.  shit's gonna get ROWDY in there!  this is exactly how i'd do it, but i'm not going anymore!!!
