Are you guys talking about the machine elves?  I haven't seen them, but I have felt them and heard them.  It wasn't like hearing a voice either.  It was more like something writing new memories to my brain if that makes any sense.

Yes, you definitely encounter entities on mushrooms. What's interesting about the Logos is that it can use your vision as a medium for communication, and so "just a poster" becomes a puppet, pulled by the strings of your "just neural mechanisms".

For me it was a plastic grocery bag that became an alien face. It was like a joke of some sort. It seemed as though this intelligence was just fucking with me and appearing like I was expecting it to, or violating my expectations in certain ways, etc. Did I know that it was a plastic bag? Of course! But that doesn't mean that my perception of a plastic bag cannot be USED for a medium of communication.

Mushroom intelligence is very much a Prankster Archetype. But there is a lot of Wisdom in their Absurdity.

I have to agree with this. It can be debated where the voices originate, I don't care so much. They operate in a way that doesn't fit into any western concept of the mind. I receive new information all the time. It is information that is only relevant to me, but is very helpful.

Lot's of entities everywhere, they're just as much us as we are them - but you don't have to be high on any kind of drugs to get in contact with them, if you are familiar with meditation, you can ask for contact and "play" around, pray for it if that's whatcha feel like, it's all good, null and void.

I've felt spirits many times although all of these times
they could just have been "emotions" (a.k.a. "vibes") and not really
spirits per sé.

I've also had voices fucking me up, and at other times voices guiding me to what is good for me...
but these could have just been voices inside my head and not spirits.




Unless i receive information from voices that i really could not know by myself,
there's no real evidence that there's anything spiritual going on at all.

The so called psychics you see on the tvshow "the 6th sense" seem to be able to contact spirit(s) for real,
because they know things they could otherwise not know at all.
But that show could just be a fraud though.

I guess i'll have to visit one of those psychicsss one time
and let them tell me things about me they could not possibly know
without me telling them.

If you feel the need to drag this issue into the realm of 'REAL or NOT REAL' you should really take some time to analyze what those qualities mean.

How can you see and experience something that is not real? Yes, maybe it belongs in a different category of existence than chairs, chickens and light bulbs, but it exists nonetheless.

I place no value judgement on my experiences, and it has helped me move deeper into them.

I realize some of you believe you have a solid enough grip on understanding to make the claim that not only your experiences with entities are invalid, but the entity experiences of others are invalid as well.

This is a sad and quite limiting position, and I hope someday you can see past it.

I have seen a weird looking entity staring at me from the bushes when I did 2 feet of Bridgesii.....it was like one of those aztec paintings, he was lined with green lights.  I also have seen a shaman dancing on my wall (more than once) watching a scene in which a little girl in white is tending to a man I assume to be God.  (all these on Achuma cactus.

You do.

I've never seen entities on my own, but I do believe they exist as I was apparently speeking to dead people (grandmother and such) when I was younger. Maybe it was my imagination, but my parents told me a couple of stories of me speaking to dead people and such. Anyway...it can always be my imagination, but I tend to believe spirits AND entities exist. Life would be so empty without them.

Cool thread. The only 'entity' I've seen on mushrooms, was when I was tripping at my now ex girlfriend's house. A portal opened up on her bedroom wall and in there I saw these glowing neon, triangular, celestial beings which where making some sort of electric grinding noises. It was quite astonishing and blew my mind for the next few hours. This was on 6 dried grams of Psilocybe subaeruginosa. Fun times!

Holy shit! Seems cool! The only thing is that I believe some of these are entities, and others are plain hallucinations.

ya whenever i do see entities they seem to be much much brighter than the rest of the visuals,
something at least to make them different from the rest, sometimes as adrian described, having a hole torn in the normal fluctuating patterns giving glimpses of brighter more complex places.
once a wierd jester thing poked his head through my normal mushrooms visuals, looked around and laughed.
although behind him in the little hole he was coming through i could see a much more geometric place with more contrast and brighter colours.
