There is a small chance that they are an active Gymnopilus species. I cant tell what they are unless you get better pictures. Even then you might need to let them mature.

There is NO chance that these are a active Gymnopilus species. Could be a Hypholoma but... You need better pictures and a more mature mushroom to tell.

Agreed, I was thinking some young H. lateritium, though I am not sure what that species range is, and I have personally not seen this species on the West Coast... So more likely H. capnoides, but as YCAE said, the pictures are way too shitty to say with any certainty.

There are no Gymnopilus that look like that.
H. capnoides seems likely.

Hypholoma fasciculare pins look almost exactly like that. Particularly one of the variants that grow in the northeastern US.

I could those Gymnopilus too...
And yes, young H. fasciculare can look like young Gymnopilus spp., but you can usually tell which they are by inspecting them closely and checking the texture of them out.
Also, no one guessed that the mushrooms posted in this thread are H. fasciculare, thus they should not be easily mistaken for any Gymnopilus.

Let me be the first to make that guess then. I think it's more likely that these are h. fasciculare than them being either capnoides or lateritium.

Why?
The colours do not seem nearly yellow/green enough.

Something in the genus Hypholoma is most probable. But the photos are not good enough to say for sure, and definitely not good enough to pin point which species they might be.
