Lst night my roommate and I had a long dissucsion on the moral/egoless standpoint of having a stripper girlfriend, or stripper in general.
I said that I just could not do it, because I would not want dudes seeing my girl perform sexually for money, I see this as wrong in a way. I can kind of see once angle being that we are just as much pysical beings as we arespiritual, so it is natural in a way.
He says that he would not care, that dudes look at chicks sexually all the time anyways, and she would be in total control of her "performace", so it is not degrading.
What are your opinions on this? I am curious.

Wouldn't bother me none, hell I could go all out and date a porn star as long as she only does scenes with herself or other girls.

i have a friend and his grilfriend, and when he lost his main job, she started stripping to help pay the bills.... He finds it difficult to put up with, all the degrading things she has to endure, even tho she wants to for the both of them, plus, i think most men like to think that they're currently the only one seeing her naked.
I get to thinking about dating strippers, b/c sometimes she says she's going to hook me up with one of her co-workers, and i dunno if i could do it, either. I think at first, the novelty of having a hot g/f would be great, but the thinking about how lots of guys every single day see her naked, and it'd start to get to me. But, with the right girl, i think reconciling these conflicts might go a little easier; my friend didnt think this would work, but it has, for almost six months. You definately cant have trust issues, dating a stripper, thats for sure.

Well I think that as a girl (not a stripper though) that it shouldn't matter. I see nothing wrong with a woman or man stripping. I think it is a beautiful performance that they do. The human body is extremely beautiful, and if the individual is confident and secure enough to strip then good for them. To date one, I don't see why there would be a problem. The person doing the stripping is in control of their act. They know how far they can go. As long as there would be trust between the 2 dating it should be just fine. Yet that is just my opinion as a woman.

I think stripping is just as much of an art as say dance or music is.
Whats fucked up are the reasons people go into those places.
Most girls shamelessly do it to make a living, and even if there proud of what they do, just look at their audience. Its not so much about art and dance, Its a quick fix for a boner when you have no where else to go.

Depends on the dance to me, really.
Some of the more tasteful belly-dancing and fan-dancing I'd have no issue with a woman I am involved with doing for other men.
Jiggling and lapdances would be far less acceptable.

I love strippers but I don't know if I could handle being with one as boy friend and girl friend. Not that there is anything wrong with that because it is just a job after all and guys will look at your ladies ass even if she works at McDonald's and I don't know about all women but most of my exes got off on showing random dudes their ass in nice jeans or their tits when they show off cleavage and that was all for free.
I think it matters more about the type of person the stripper is and the type of person you are. I personally don't think I want to deal with the whole shady drug subculture that sometimes follows this line of work, meth or coke and the shady guys hiring your girl friend to work for them, trust me, they usually try and get something from them and they are the boss and so have a good chance of getting it.
No too much stress for me.

why do people allways say "the degrading things the girls have to do"? i have known many stirppers as personal friends and let me tellyou the only people degrading themselfs is the guy paying to get played for their money the girl is there to doa job to provide a service in wich a customer is willing to pay for so i say right on. many people think my previous carrear choices have been wrong and tried to put me in prison for them when all i did was provide a product to people who wanted it at least the girls dont have to worry about that so all in all i would date a dancer as soon as a doctor lawyer ora school teacher .

I was there when an acquaintance was having a birthday party.
