I LOVE THIS MUSIC

Most people are to set in their ways to truly listen to a band and give them an honest chance before judging them by their genre.  For instance, most psyconauts would crash on the Dixie Chicks, but damn, listen to their newest shit!  They are way out there.  Download Travelin' Soldier live or any of their newer stuff.  They sound like a far out bluegrass chick band.  I would give my right nut to have them come over and trip with me.  All of us naked and playing bluegrass.    But there are many other artist who get no chance because people say "ahhh thats country" or other stuff.  Music is music to my ears.  I will let my soul be the judge!

Ya know what man?  I heard exactly two of their songs -ever.  I didn't know who it was until afterwards both times.  I kinda liked 'em.

Yeah some country can be really catchy, which is what I feel the dixie chicks do.. their songs can get stuck in your head. I like them the first few times I hear em but after that I lose interest. Might be a whole different story if i listened to a full cd.
