Be clean, if you can, do it in a glove box or in front of a HEPA filter. If not, do it in a small, draft free room that has been cleaned very well. Make sure you are clean, your utensils are clean, EVERYTHING is clean. Good luck.

as i dont have a HEPA or a glove box (i will have from this weekend :smile:) i do my myc transfers in the oven. search for the oven-tek, it really works. i mean its not that perfect as a hepa system, but it does the trick :wink:
