I kind of know how you feel, every time my friend from across the country would ship me something, it would always come shredded in a bag and they would say they didn't know what happened. Of course it was nothing of monetary value but it was still like what the fuck? Are you trying to tell me on the way to my mailbox the envelope was dropped into a shredder, ripped up and then every little piece was collected and put into a bag and nobody knows how this happened?
