shaggy mane questions

i found some shaggy manes that i wanna cook up tonight for dinner. preferably with chicken cuz its already defrosted. just wondering if anyone could help me out with a recipe? and also ive read something about not consuming alcohol a few days before and after eating inky caps. is that for any inky cap or just some? do shaggy manes fall in this category? thanks for any and all help

Shaggy manes are fine with alcohol, it's common ink caps (Coprinus atramentarius) that react badly with it. Not much good with recipes I'm afraid, but shaggy manes are very fragile, maybe best to slice and fry them up, then keep aside and add to the pot at the last minute.
