i did the exact same thing because i was lazy and didnt want to grind gypsum so i just did straight poo verm
hoping things go good
by the way do you mind showing a pic of the agar plate you used so i can have a good idea of what a good looking cambo strain on agar looks like
i have a couple different looking types of growth that have been isolated

This wasnt a ISO actually but im not 100% sure, I didnt do agar work with this set cultures. I did 'LC dilutions' and this was the 5th vial. There is a technical term for this, Jenner used it when he was fuckin around with bacteria all those years ago. You innoc a LC with a drop of LC and keep doing this. In theory you should end up with a pure culture after multiple 'generations'. How many 'gens' I dont know.
I gotta case my first batch of isos tomorrow and Ill post plate pics when i get in.

nice you flooding the casing layer? ive seen some really good results by flooding the casing layer between flushes with pans. just pour out the water once its flooded and thats it.

No never flooded these before, first time i heard of this WRT to pans, Ill give it a whirl, why not.
Ill do it for the 3rd flush if there is one. I had the notion that they were to delicate for this kind of stuff but they are pretty robust so i reckon it will be all good.
I just give it a HEAVY spray down normally.
Good tip Mate.
EDIT: Just flooded the tray let see how it goes.
Guess the WET mass, to the NEAREST GRAM of the second flush and Ill hook you up with 2 prints.

Wicked stuff, the BO culture is getting tested for nasties but im sure its clean as a whistle. Did the first flush print nicely?

well my suphanburi is sent
did u keep ur RH and temp constant the entire time?
my rh has been around 87% contantly and im keeping it around 82'F(28C)
started out at 76-78'F(24c)

Um not really constant the SG wont permitt that as soon as you fan RH drops to 60-70 then it builds back up the 85-95. But it didnt seem to matter with the cycling.
28C should give some big shrooms.

try a quick dunk flood. or just dunk it for about 3 to 4 hours like normal. the mycelia is delicate but it can handle it. maybe next time do a side by side and compare it. im betting with how good your flushes were. it would explode even more with a dunk. also sent you a pm with some experiments on this.

Side by side trials will be done one the first (1/3) isolate which im testing. The tray above is putting more shrooms out a day after the flooding, aready!
