if i have a Erlenmeyer flask with agar in it that was PCd and i onlu use half of it, can i just cover the flask with aluminum and re-pc it later for further use?

Yes, you can.
I've only boiled it first when it was
in canning jars to pour it in a flask.
Yours is in the flask already, so you're good to go.
