How much experience do they personally have with guys with stockings entering the store and robbing them?
The stereotype is media induced. If you don't go out much and watch COPS and FOX to get informed on the world, you might get the same response if a black guy walks in the store.
Its the same underlying mechanism. Of course the vid and concept is silly but the underlying mechanism of prejudice is the same.

I live in an area where this shit happens all the time it's no prejudice we just had 5-7 homicides in one week here people get shot, stabbed, robbed on a daily basis, people do use the stalking here regardless of what you may think it's not a prejudice.
