Man people need to learn to gather information from what they read.

Every single spore in a syringe can have different genetic outcomes. There are thousands upon thousands of spores in each syringe. So YES two syringes can have identical OR different outcomes when used to inoculate a jar. As many have stated it is a gamble.

So the simple answer is yes.

mutlti-spore means your gonna be waiting...period. im not a fan, but im stuck without a stir plate.

No need for a stir plate, buddy. I've done LCs with a shard of glass no prob. Better yet do grain LC. Still multi-spore, but much faster. Gotta do agar though, next step.

Yea i still got to get some dishes to get that rollin...

but also, if im gonna do a LC, im gonna make it "OPTIMAL" so to speak,
and go straight to bulk in big ass bags.

so, ill stick with my g2g for now, i guess
