Worms in my WBS

Bought a bag of Pennington wild bird feed about two weeks ago and I just opened it today to prepare for a WBS soak.. I open the bag and there's what appears to be a slight layer of cobweb and a whole bunch of worms inside to be more exact they look just like moth larvae.
What to do? Soak anyway or go out and buy another bag?

remove worms and then treat as normal..
once the jars are PCd it wont ,matter
i once grew in BRF jars that had larva in them (left the jars for a few days before PCing) and the MYC ate the larva

Won't they all drown if I just go ahead and soak the seed? I don't really want to pick out all the larvae in there, there's a lot of them! I figure that once PCed everything will just die and even provide nutrients
So now I have two conflicting advice. Buy a new bag or go ahead anyway? There's no guarantee that the next bag won't have any larvae inside either and I can't really be spending money buying a new bag until I get one without pests.

I killed a moth in my closet just a few days ago. Now I know where it came from!

Yeah, I hate to buy from Wally World, but damn, they have 20 lb. bags of Pennington's for around 8 bucks, got a Ball canning kit with a jar grabber and funnel for 5, and quart masons, end of season at 6 bucks a dozen. I cleaned out their standard size lids at a buck a dozen.
