Hey guys, thanks for taking a look. Went out mushroom hunting for the first time this weekend. Here is what we found.
Habitat: Found them in West Seattle on a open area of thick grass and sticker bushes, near a radio tower.
Gills: white,fanny
Stem: a white thin stem about 1.5" in long.
Cap: About the size of a quarter. The cap is caramel brown color.
Spore print color: It might be too late for a spore print, picked them about 6 hours ago.
Bruising: blue

awesome job finding cyans on your first hunt! most people aren't nearly as lucky. just a tip for the future - make sure you cut the shrooms near the base of the stems with scissors or a knife - you want to leave the mycelium undamaged so more will keep growing.
welcome to the shroomerite family!

Not really white. More cream colored, which is normal in young specimen. When hunting Psilocybe you want to avoid mushrooms with white gills.

Hey thank you all! Appreciate it. I'll remember the spot for next year, I think we were a little late in the season for them.

Not at all, you are right on time. They should keep fruiting for at least another month. I was finding them last year all the way up to that big snow storm we had at the end of December.
