I always catch myself when im thinking or saying something like "this seems so familiar, or you seem familiar..ect.." Everyone has gotten to the point that everything is familiar.. i dotn know what it is with me if yu cant relate to that realization.. of like.. everytihng everywhere i already know exists and no matter what is presented no matter who i happen to randomly be in a room with everyone and everybody and everyhting isnt new.. nothing is new anymore..

Maybe try vaporising some NN-DMT? You'll almost definitely see/realise some shit that would have been impossible to imagine before having tried it.
I like to keep some around for times like those, where life seems to get depressing, or stale and overly predictable.
For me, it's like, If my brain where a hard drive, DMT would be the defragment button. All the mental junk gets sorted out and I feel an astounding sense of mental clarity, along with a renewal of the sense of wonder I had as a child.
I originally tried DMT to see if it would answer some of my questions about life (and death.) It ended up not answering many questions, but giving me a whole lot more of them! This turned out to be a good thing because now it's pretty difficult to be bored after having been given such a fresh new perspective on a lot of things. It can be a very humbling experience.
I believe that what you said is true in a way. "everything everywhere i already know exists and no matter what is presented no matter who i happen to randomly be in a room with everyone and everybody and everything isn't new." I feel that everything everywhere exists already, as possible outcomes in another dimension or something. Everything you do, (or don't do) has the potential to manifest these possible outcomes into "reality" as we perceive it to be, and sets off cascades and chain reactions all around you, and that gets pretty interesting when you really stop and think about it...
I don't know, I'm starting to ramble... Hopefully this was helpful in some way.
