So, I have a 2 lb. sterilized rye grow bag that I inoculated about 5-6 days ago.

I was planning on using it to spawn to some hpoo in a monotub.

But if I wanted to trip inbetween the process, once the grow bag is fully colonized, could I simply fruit the grow bag in vitro for one flush and then use it later to spawn to hpoo, or would that simply not work?

Any advice whatsoever is much appreciated.

dont use myc that has already fruited as spawn. theres too much room for contams and you have already used a bunch of nutes for the flush.
