mescaline A/B dosage

I took about a gram of mescaline HCL yesterday and had a mild trip. WTF? The extraction was done with 200 dried grams of San Pedro skin which resulted in about 3 grams of light brown HCL. I thought the yield was too high.

Is it possible that the cactus was weak and the mescaline HCL was mostly other cactus alkaloids? I still have two grams left and maybe I will dose the full two next time. Any thoughts?

The high yield and light brown color tell me the mescaline isn't very pure. You probably used a little too much hcl so now you know what adjustment to make next time.

It's not that big of a deal, like you said you can just dose higher. But if you want to clean it up you can wash with acetone until your mescaline is white.
