Yeah, sorry, forgot to mention which one I thought it was as well. Sparassis radicata Weir. If this is indeed it, which I will wait for a T.I. to say so, anyone have any cooking ideas? The AFSG says to stew them to make them more digestible. I was thinking maybe making a mushroom stew with chicken stalk or something. Throw some ideas out for me. Thank you in advance.
