Does the first one exude any latex (liquid) when the gills are cut? It looks a bit like Lactarius subpurpureus?

The second looks like an Agaricus sp.

Wait for an expert though, as always...

Huh? 1) is not a Lactarius for sure. I'd say that's a blewit (Clitocybe (Lepista) nuda).
2) Agaricus. Does it smell like ink/disinfectant? Then it is poisonous. But it doesn't look like that. If it smells pleasant, like anise/almonds then this is also a good edible.

no no liquid when they're cut unless u squeeze them, they both smell like regular store bought mushrooms if you ask me, yet the first one has more of an odd scent, more of a wet old wood smell but not so much an ink smell

The closest smell i could put my finger on the scent for the first one is some kind of spice actually, but as for the secondone one it just smells like a regular mushroom store baught, just with a more nature smell to it.

Regarding the ink smell I was referring to the second mushroom.

I know little about Lactarius sp., it just looked like the pictures of Lactarius subpurpureus that are in the Audubon guide.

I don't know much about Blewitts either, but I have never seen one look like that. I guess all the ones I have seen in person still had the incurved margin.

That is why I told him to wait for the experts....

Does the first one smell like spices, or "fragrant", like frozen orange juice?

yes the first one has an odd spice smell, the second one i compared to actual ink smell and it smells nothing alike, just smells like a normal mushroom, but yes the first one is a odd spice smell not too strong of a smell it still has that store baught mushroom smell mixed in there.
