I got some Fast Blast!

A member hooked me up- I got a big plump bag of Fast Blast!
First impression: reptile sand and fine verm. But it smells weird- kelp?
Doesn't taste like much and doesn't seem to dissolve in water.

So I use up to 3% by volume in bulk sub, right?
