Mycobag For Beginner Cube Grower?
    #11312858 - 10/24/09 05:26 PM (8 years, 5 months ago)

I've been looking at growing for a while and I'm just curious about what y'all think about using a Mycobag instead of following the BRF/PF Tek.

I've seen it a few times and it just looks extremely hard not to screw up and the Mycobag looks really easy. It sounds like it lets me skip almost the whole 1st video in the Tek and lets me start with sterilizing the needle and injecting.

Any extra steps or drawbacks concerning the use of Mycobags?

I dont know anything about the bags... But the BRF tek is amazingly simple. its literally dummy proof.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I would equate the PF/BRF Tek to an elementary school project... it's really quite simple.

But either way you go, you should be okay...

happy growing, good luck.

Never used them. From what I've read, they seem to be an easier route to go. Although I have seen a ton of Noobs with contaminated bags so,.

I you were to ask me, (hey! you did!), I'd recommend BRF Tek first time out. :goodluck:

I did them my first time. They're super easy.

How do you make them? Or for lack of a better question, where do you get the bags and filter patch?

No, no, no, no  - like the actual BAG -lol - how do you make those - do you take some scissors and cut out a square and melt the filter patch to it?

Is it feasible to make an equivalent bag diy style?  I know they're not pricey but ordering shit is a pain for some people...not to mention the enjoyment to be had by diy shit lol!  I've read that oven bags don't cut it.  Another type perhaps?
