What do you think?

This is one of the most gorgeous Pedro's I've seen.  Most that I see are green with bright white areoles, this seems to be green-bluish with brown spines and areoles. The flash does it no justice. What do yall think about it? Could it be a cross?

Looks like a regular predominant cultivar to me.

Nice awesome cutting you got there. Is it about to grow roots? I have a San Pedro and I am trying to find info about cultivars.

Good to know.  If that's true then I think I will grow all of mine in partial shade, I absolutely LOVE the look...so pretty. The sun I have here is scorching as well, well at least in the summer (which is about 8 months out of the year) lol.  Yea, the bottom has been dry for a good 2 weeks now, it should be putting out some roots soon. Thanks for the replies guys,

-John

How long is the cutting? My guess is 16 inches.

yup, i think putting it back in the shade will bring the color back.  My bridgesiis tip was turning white inside when it was being cured of its rot, but turned green again when i stuck it outside (kind of the opposite, but same principle).  Nexus that cutting is 12".
