P. cyanescens or azurescens?

Habitat:
Where does it grow: sandy beach grass
What does it grow on: dead decaying grass in the sand central Oregon coast

Gills:
Color white attached

Stem:
Length: 8-12cm, diameter:.5-1cm color:white, texture fibrous,solid,
Cap:
Diameter:3-4cm, color: cramel brown bluing at the margin, texture: smooth viscid when wet,spherical, convex with a distinct umbo never exceeding plain but a couple have a slight ripple in the margin

Spore print color:
dark purple brown/black

Bruising:
vibrent blue to almost black

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom: very psilocybeny smell, found about 21 mature caps and left about the same in pins to do there thing. am very positive this is psolcybe genus just cant place which species cyans or azures.

azure has a white rim around the edge of the cap.

Am I the only one to remember in reading, Azurescens have a hollow-pith.  Slice the stem cross-section style.  solid is cyan, straw is azure.  Try not to uproot them next time you pick :wink:

only ripped out half of what i picked cut stem buts for cardboard spawn. all others got the scissors.

could you source the info you have suggested. not that i don't believe you i just like reading all the info i can about these guys.
