Day 18 of colonization with Coir/WBS, and I see some green mold poking out...
Any way in trying to save it? It seems to be changing to a sorta of yellowish tint as well.
2 monotubs being done the same, but the other one doesn't seem to be harmed at all/yet. Should I just accept the 1/2 loss and dump the first tub, or can I save it? If I try and see what happens with it, is there a risk increase and can lose the other one? Thanks!!!
Do not even bother trying to save that, carefully place a garbage bag over the tub tie it up and remove from the room. I would suggest washing your walls down with 10% bleach solution to reduce the number of spores in your room.
