I've noticed you never get to see anything on those shows.
(That's actually real?)

Edit: That a movie?

Maybe you're not being affected because you're posting instead of watching. :crankey:

Dude I saw that movie last night. fucking stupid! I dont get what all the hype is about. If people actually LIKED that movie, then I am afraid for what the future of movies will be.

its boring early on, the last 30 minutes is when it gets good, you have to watch this at night in the dark. or else its not as scary. and its only scary because you think about it for a few days after, a little difficulty sleeping. it just awakens that fear in the middle of the night

changes your reaction to those typical creeks and moans at night, lol.

i still get a replay of the footsteps approaching the dark doorway.

i watched it in a sold out theater, never in my life have i been in a room of 250 people in which you could hear a pin drop at any one moment, and at the same time feel the theater shake with the simultaneous jumps, and the air getting warm from the anxious breathing, lol.

makes my hairs stand up just thinking about it

good to know someone appreciated it. it was by no means "revolutionary" but i think that the producers of the movie certainly changed the way that people are "scared"...

and they definitely changed the marketing game with the limited release gimmick, builds tension and curiosity i guess.

yeah, they experimented with some new ways to go about theatrical releases and it worked out well.
