Wow, best pan subb patch I have ever seen. Excellent pictures. How long did it take to pick all those? A labor of love I'm sure.
That green slime is algae and not a slime mold.

Hahaha... I am pretty sure I know where that is. You are in SF right?
Don't worry I don't live there anymore so you don't have to worry about me picking there. Well shit even if I did still live in SF there would still be plenty to go around.
Good find!

Hi ANgry Shroom,
I had to come backj here a second and third time to look at these shrooms again and again. This is how they grow in the haystacks in Corvalis/Eugene area of Oregon in the spring and fall months.
This is what I wrote Close Encounters of the panaeolus kind about.
Only trouble is is that my photos were all thrown out years ago by my ex-wife during our divorce. she through away a box of photos and negatives and I never saw them again. Only had a few left. those are magnificent and the nicest collection I have seen in years.
Of Course Joshua had a quite nice lawn of them in Oregon somewhere recently.
Great discovery and thanks for sharing.

had to pipe in, beautimous mushrooms, man, fuckin beautimous.
that green looks like algae to me, folks, but if it were a slime mold, i somehow doubt it's relevance to the ediblity of those subbs. awesome pics. how'd you post so many?

perhaps the algae just looked gelatenous due to everything being wet. it looked nifty anyway. if you go back for more i'd be thrilled to see more pics.

Well I certainly did not pick the whole patch, but, what I gathered, (about 400 mushrooms) weighes a good 3 oz dry. I haven't weighed them yet, but thats my estimate.
When they dry they do get pretty small.

A trip report,
My first experience was with two girls and we made a tea out of a lot of shrooms. No idea what the weeight was. However within ten minutes the room started to sound like it was buzzing. the visuals came so fast that I tried to close my eyes to stop them and they were more intese inside my hed while my eyes were closed.
It ffelt like the sound was electrical and under water. mny eyes were bursting to open becasue I felt like millions of litle microscopice minute drops of water were pinging against my closed eyelids, vibrating on them like the wind beats on your face when you face it while riding inthe back of a pickuptruck. the visuals were very cartoony and fast, almost like mescaline colors, bright and soft at the same time, toninuity was tremendous as they visuals interacted with me by contracting and expanding towars me but never reaching me. I was sucked into a vortex of time and space and in all of these colors I saw they kept reflectinging into newer images as they approached me with much resonance pounding at my heart like a big kettle drug, those aJapanese kind they use to speak to their spirits.
It was intenses.
One of the girls with me had just spent a few months onthe ocean in California living on the beach and her hair had the smell of the wood fires she would sit next to each night to keep warm. You could still smell the wood as its odor flowed through the air. I thought I coulc almosst smell the ocean and the far way fire she sat next to, and the cartoonies still kept coming..
I will say it was awful fast and unexpected.
But it was cool. we all must have eaten at least two ounces each int he tead. it could have been about 6-8 fresh ounces. It was very illuminating and lasted a good four hours of visuals which at times seemed like ten hours and other times seemed like a few minutes.

As MJ said, the trip is strange compaired to cubies... The visuals are filled with fractals and colors, even on a lower dose. It's a very euphoric trip, the whole time you can't help but grin like an idiot because you're just so happy. You'll look like this the whole time:

You should give them a try, its a different trip than cubes. Only downside is that they have a laxitive effect on you the next day... =\ It might not be that way for everyone, but I've heard it more than once.
