They are EVERYWHERE! Non-active, just curious what their name is.

Habitat: Yards, grass.
Gills: White
Cap: White
Stem: White
Bruising: None

Hahaha, the umbos are really prominent!

Something Lepiotoid.  Definitely a Leucocoprinus or Leucoagaricus.

Maybe Leucocoprinus cepistipes.  Leucoagaricus meleagris is another idea, but those stain/bruise very noticeably red.
