"Vicodin" (hydrocodone pills) come in 5mg, 7.5mg and 10mg tablets. The bigger number you see is the Tylenol (acetaminophen) that they mix in with the Vicodin.

10mg morphine is not a lot by most's standards

20mg morphine might be like taking two Vicodin.

Morphine is mellower and in a lot of ways milder. Don't expect it to get you "throwed" like vicodin does.

Morphine is a much cleaner less overloading high.

Do not take more then 60mg morphine at a time else you might stop breathing.

It seems this pill would be better to snort due to how the liver breaks that chemical down instead of just taking it.

Yea, if you feel like snorting pill binders...

A lot of the 10mg won't even be absorbed because of the filler in the pill that will clog your sinus membrane.

Plus, I mean, well, you know, don't snort morphine pills... :facepalm:

Yea about to say lol, the comparison is that you wont be dead.
Edit - Dont snort MS Contin, and bear in mind that Morphine Sulfate has only something like 30% bioavailability in most people.

Don't certain pills hit you harder if snorted? Like Adderall even though this is completely different

Depends on the pill and what is it is pressed with. Some pills, especially narcotics, are pressed with binders that inhibit intranasal administration (aka, snorting)

It is typically not a good idea to snort pills and sometimes can be a waste of a good pill.

20mg Morphine taken by mouth is enough for a fun night, assuming you don't have an opiate tolerance.
