Value

If I am miserable, discontent, angry and resentful, does my opinion have as much value as someone who has found happiness, peace and contentedness?

Is it therapeutic for a miserable person to speak their voice, or just sadistic?

What I am asking is.. do you have value and worth as a miserable person? To yourself?

Is it not the fact that you believe in the value of value and worth over the value of being happy and content that makes you miserable?

I try to be a valuable person, someone who keeps busy and helps people, someone whose life is full of meaning, and all this trying and failing to ever reach up to my expectations makes me miserable.

Sometimes it would be nice to be able to let go of the expectations

It's all equal outside of subjectivity.

Of course everyone values themselves first formost and always, even if miserable. In fact much of being miserable is self importance. Don't worry about it is my advice.
