Sitting down on your porch on a beautiful day, simply awestruck by the power of nature, and "It" comes on the radio...
Hearing "your song" and realizing she's gone ... for good, this time.
Finding yourself in a parking lot with a bottle of whiskey in your lap, bashing the repeat button and just hoping to find some meaning in the lyrics; an answer why, an answer to everything, a reason to hang on.
A reason why not to 
Realizing your partner is never coming back, hoping that there is some afterlife, and that memories just aren't enough to hold onto .. even though they last forever, and no one can take them away from you.
