GLOUCESTER, Mass. (AP) -- A woman was arrested and accused of taking her 23-year-old son along with her on trips to buy and sell heroin. Nancy Fulford pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Gloucester District Court to charges of possession of heroin and distributing heroin. Her son, Timothy Fulford, was charged with knowing where heroin was kept.
Police said they found 10 individually packaged bags of the drug in the 46-year-old woman's bedroom.
A defense attorney assigned to the case, Martha Rice Martini, did not immedidately return phone calls.

Pretty legit charge eh? So now we can be charged with a CRIME based solely upon what we supposedly KNOW ABOUT?
"Yeah I read about this story where xxx got xxx seized from him, now the police have it." Officer, Arrest that maaaaaaannn!!!

The others - the living - are those who pushed their control as far as they felt they could handle it, and then pulled back, or slowed down, or did whatever they had to when it came time to choose between Now and Later"
