How much sleep?
    #11297028 - 10/22/09 02:27 AM (8 years, 16 hours ago)

Do you normally get in a work night.

I work 12 hours a day half of every week with a rotating work schedule.  I really don't get enough sleep I pass out for a few hours then lay in bed and stretch until I pass back out.
I have broken just about every bone in my body and it's hard to lay still without feeling pain because I will not take pain killers anymore.

In a work night I'll get in bed at 11 pm and have to be up by 6am to get to work on time.  No idea how much of that I actually sleep.

Not enough. But I always have the "just one last thing, then I'll go to bed" for about 3 hours before I actually go to bed.  4-6 hours.

sorry to hear you are in so much pain. i dont get much sleep either, im pretty much an insomniac. i have no problems falling asleep, its staying asleep that troubles me. ill wake up every hour or so throughout the night, and it takes me about 20 to 30 minutes afterward each time to fall back asleep. all in all i get about 4-6 hours a night, but it feels like a lot less than that sometimes.

pot seems to cure my sleeping issues pretty well. if i smoke some pot right before i go to bed, it gets easier for me to just stay asleep. and it doesnt fuck with my head the day after like most sleeping pills ive tried.

Actual sleep or time spent laying in bed?

My time spent laying in bed is like 10 or 11 hours. Any less than this and I have difficulty functioning.

I have no idea how much sleep I'm actually getting, if any at all, I constantly wake up throughout the night.

I get so mad when I wake up more than an hour before I should 'cause I have the hardest time getting back to sleep in less than a couple hours.

About 7.
